Scammers in mainland china are rampant and I was one of its victims. Don’t trust suppliers from alibaba.com, madeinchina.com, made-in-china.com, china.cn (yuanda international trade co., ltd) who was listed from those Chinese websites they were doing fraudulent act, to scam people around the world. They have a new modus operandi, selling alleged brand goods with lower price and bargaining buyers to pay half of its price to lure buyers trust and confidence. the only safe and secured form of payment is thru "PayPal" never ever accept payment using western union, T/T, bank transfer. I bought a Nikon d90 with 18-105mm VR lens including shipment to yuanda international trade co., ltd. I talk with Jacob the agent and he said to gain trust he will allow me to pay first $155usd as first payment, then upon I received the item I will pay the remaining balance, then he even ask me for my passport, drivers license and social security ids to be scanned and emailed to him, as for his security that I will sure pay the remaining balance, perhaps now they were using my ids picture in their next scam. This is the new modus of these scammers. at first almost everyday they were online, you will received messages from your emails and messengers, but when the time I gave the western union MTCN you will received 1 or 2 messages with regards to your tracking number to put the buyer at ease, then you will never see them online again and their websites are gone. Then when the time you received the package it’s not the item you ordered from them but instead they gave me an imitation of a ROLEX watch brand. We chatted about 1 1/2 months, until this June 29th 2009 I sent the money thru western union and emailed Jacob the agent and gave the MTCN. Then after 2days he emailed and gave me the tracking number of the item via EMS. When I check the items status and details it was in Tianjin on July 2, 2009 then on July 3, 2009 it was in Beijing. Then this day July 7, 2009 I went to our Phil post and received a package, I wondered why the box was too small for a Nikon d90 with 18-105mm VR lens to fit? When I opened it was an imitation of ROLEX brand watch. I was scammed and was fooled by this company. By the way if you will look at the amount of $155usd not that big, but if you will convert that into Philippine currency that is (7, 595php + 770php western union charges) = 8, 365php. this was the money worth they stolen from me... I hope that the Chinese government and the Chinese chambers of commerce in china will act on this preposterous act by their citizens, investigate those Chinese Websites on why do they tolerate this kind of scrupulous suppliers. Actually this was my first time in this Chinese Websites and my first time to be scammed, so it shall be the last. I will go back to my eBay even though the price is higher I know for a fact that I am and my money is safe and secured by using PayPal and the goods are genuine and authenticated brand new and 100% original. I will never ever again be fooled by cheaper price from other online shops.

scam modus of fraud from an online shop by chinese websites

the new modus of chinese suppliers on chinese websites was to scam, cheat innocent good buyers around the world, by making different names and sites of their company. so that they will not be identified as a scammer or a fraud. like yuanda international trade co., ltd. for instance, is not a genuine company but one of a hoax company. the people behind this enormous scam will create many different names of a company that never been exist, so that if they already victimized a good buyer they can easily leave that site and never heard from them again. because automatically the victim will made a complaint to the b2b or to the host online shop like alibaba.com, madeinchina.com, china.cn, and made-in-china.com to name a few chinese websites. from then feedbacks, complaints will be posted in the internet or a blog by the victim as a warning from other good buyers. now, other buyers will be careful on choosing a supplier and they will look with a chinese supplier who dont have a negative feedback or complaints, but not knowing that the company name was also operated by the same scam and by the same people behind the fraud and on standby to cheat and fooled another innocent good buyers.

they will send you business certificate, license certificate to lure buyers.

they will offer you low prices for sample unit.

they will deal you to pay half of its price and sure pay the remaining balance once you recieved the items.

they will ask for the buyers scanned passport, and valid ids. saying for their security that the buyer will sure pay the remaining balance.

they will email you with list of branded products from cellphones, game consoles, digital camera, laptops with low prices in it.

beware on this new modus... i was a victim of this new modus from chinese websites specially yuanda international co., ltd.

i would like to share to you this video. my purchased order is a sample unit nikon d90 with 18-105mm VR lens. unfortunately i recieved a different item. i hope this will serve as a warning to all good buyers around the world.

well this photos were taken last june 19, 2009 @ hobbz located of course here in my hometown ozamiz city.

i brought along "jaja" my fuji s5700 with me.

there are lots of professional photographers who went there to have a shot of the said event.

then from there i met ms mmlim, ivan, gemur, aljun, francis lim, tip2x from pagadian city, dj alfred, dj carlo, kuya butch alinas.

actually i met ms mmlim on flickr when i posted my photoshoot with marry angela. then i asked if i can join her photoshoot if there is any.

my very first model photoshoot happened last june 15, 2009 here at my hometown ozamiz city. i am so excited that, i almost have a hand shake due to my tense on my 1st to 5th shots. then, after that i have a grip up to the end of the shoot. amazing experienced that i will cherished forever. let me show you my art..............

introducing ms marry angela. she's from ozamiz city, a very good friend of my wife. i ask angela if i can have a photoshoot with her, and she said yes. we had our pictorial at naomis botanical garden and at the fort of ozamiz city. she is really indeed beautiful. her eyes and her smiles talk to my lens in every press of the button. we are planning to have another pictorial with a different concept soon... well ozamiz city is a very nice place for photography there are lots of subject you can shoot from and concept you can create, from landscape, faces, water, anything you like in photoshoot. im a newbie in this hobby but i can assure you that you will love the views and scenery here in my hometown. hope you could visit us here.

i would like to introduced to you the men and women of the ozamiz city bureau of fire protection (BFP). the second picture is the front of the ozamiz city fire station, which is located at Brgy. Tinago, Ozamiz City with hotline number (088) 521-1111. as you notice from the 2nd picture, our fire station has a new fire truck and 3 fire trucks on standby ready at any time to serve the people and the community also its neighboring towns. small though, but efficient. the men and women of ozamiz city fire station is very courteous.

the BFP of ozamiz city staff were also dedicated on their field of expertise. the third picture was their office where you can ask for a fire permit or any necessary documents you need for the safety of your building or establishments. fast and reliable because they have a computerized system. though, they have to upgrade and have an Internet for more convenient application via online. the employee and staff of the BFP ozamiz city is very approachable. i am very proud of our fire fighters here in ozamiz city who risk their life to help the people and protect our hometown
from fire or any disaster that might occur. "kudos" for you guys.
more power and god bless you all. i hope that the department of interior and local government (DILG) somehow, upgrade our fire trucks gears in fire fighting like gas mask, fire vest, helmets, hand held radios, base radios. our fire protectors or shall i say in laymans term fireman should also be protected. i hope and pray that the government will realized the hardships of these men and women from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). good luck and god bless us all....................

ozamiz city airport

hello again everyone!!! i would like to introduced to you the ozamiz city airport. small, though its clean and beautiful...as you can see the first picture was the arrival area. the second picture was the main and the front building. the third picture was the departure area. the fourth picture was the watch tower. the fifth picture was the car park. the airport was reconstructed for the expansion of its runway and opened last year. President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo graces the event. i am glad that we already have our airport, i know people in my hometown was also glad of its reopening. because, it gives ease to our passengers who loves to travel. these transportation is really a necessity to everyone of us and statistically speaking it is still the safest way to travel. it will take 2 kilometers to reach the main city. you can use passenger motorcycles as a means of transportation to bring you to your next destination in ozamiz city, or you can be fetch by your host with their own private cars. ill give you the detail flights of PAL Philippine airlines, air Philippine's, and Cebu pacific.
